Breaking Prostate Taboos

With prostate cancer rates continuing to climb, we are forced to face sexual taboos. Men and woman can learn prostrate health practices so the man does not end up on the surgeons table and have to face cruel radiation therapy and the even the worse chemotherapy. It is time to stop being squeamish about the prostate sexual gland and its access canal the anus.

Why do you think there is a taboo around prostate massage?

There are strong taboos around prostate massage because there are incredibly strong taboos against anal sex. It was just too much for our early religious leaders to see everything about the human body being God endowed and thus a source of pleasure and sexual health. Some part of the body had to be considered dirty when in fact nothing is dirty with God except sexual violence.

Sex to the early Americans was in the domain of the Devil so you can imagine how that legacy carries on as a taboo against anything and everything anal. Even desire was considered impure and corrupting by many people in the past. The Puritans took God’s rules about sex to an extreme; including forbidding most sexual activities between husbands and wives. It was actually forbidden for sex to be enjoyable. They considered the enjoyment of sex to be a sinful expression of lust, even amongst married couples.

Every part of the body enjoys therapeutic touch. Sexual touch is an intense extension of therapeutic touch meaning frequent sex is healthy. Because sex itself is a health promoting activity sexual aids that bring more pleasure, ease and intensity to the sexual act should be thought of as helpful. There are many frontiers for couples to explore with their sexualities. Going deep into the art of pleasure is evolutionary for our personalities and souls but with prostate massage, we are actually dealing with medicine and the health of the prostate and the avoidance of prostate cancer.

Could you tell us what myths there are, and which are true and which are false?

You have the power to open the door for a better health and understanding of your body! Here is the Key

It is not dirty. Anal dirtiness is something that exists in the mind not in fact. First thing, it is easy for a healthy person to keep their anuses clean. Secondly, when we open to the awesome fact that nothing is dirty before God we clean our mind of its limitations unleashing a greater force and passion within us.

What place does the prostate have in the orgasm cycle?

Many men today, if not most suffer from some level of sexual stress. Sexual stress is a universal phenomenon for both men and women. The more clearly we resolve our issues around every aspect of sexuality the deeper our pleasure and the greater our health and vitality.

The prostate is important to sexuality and avoiding prostate cancer is a priority in most men’s health consciousness. Finding the underlying cause of prostate cancer takes us on a journey into the deepest and often most mysterious areas of sexuality. When we go down to the bottom of the pools of our sexualities, what we run smack into is our deepest vulnerabilities, incredible sensitivity and intimacy, pleasure even onto our souls, and a journey into what I call The Oneness of Being, that deliciously exquisite experience of oneness that makes life truly worth living and writing about.

Answering the question about the prostate in the orgasm cycle forces us to open up to the not any longer taboo subject of anal sex. The Bible is not against it specifically, nor should a man nor any woman who loves a man, for a man’s health depends on some level of understanding of all aspects of sexuality including anal.

The deeper and more complete a man’s pleasure (that combines the best of intimacy, sex and love) the healthier his prostate is going to be. The deeper and more complete a man’s pleasure the lower his stress levels are going to be. Stress and inflammation are a basic cause of prostate cancer so removing some of that stress and inflammation via prostate massage is going to be helpful and healthy for this sexual gland.

The interesting fact that a man’s pleasure can potentially go through the stratosphere through prostate massage confirms the link between pleasure and health. When we seek one we seek the other. It is fascinating and quite ironic that we have to come down to the anal level of life and finally deal with it when we address one of the deepest causes of prostate cancer.

Opening up to prostate massage is pleasure provoking. It often increases sexual energies and orgasm. Opening up to prostate massage also offers an encounter with one’s deepest vulnerabilities releasing new potentials for heightened pleasure. In addition, when ideally practiced with a loving partner, it offers a new level of intimacy and excitement that comes when anal play and anal therapy (prostate massage) are embraced.

What are the health benefits of prostate massage?

Massaging the prostate gland brings fresh blood and oxygen to the normally congested and suffocating prostate gland.Viruses, bacteria and fungus are just waiting for the right conditions in which to begin rapid multiplication. Rot is an underlying biological mechanism and infection is a natural process of biological decay, which congestion and blood stagnation encourages.

Fresh healthy blood is healing to tissues and milking the prostate gland also all keeps all the sexual fluids (semen) fresh, clean, and moving out of the body. When fluids stagnate or blood and oxygen flows diminish disease thrives. In cases of chronic prostatitis (an inflammation of the prostate gland) or an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH) prostate milking can be helpful in reducing pressure in the prostate gland by removing excess fluid.

The prostate gland in many men suffers from blood congestion and stagnation when they are underactive sexually. When semen stagnates, it starts to decompose and becomes a breeding ground for bacteria and virus.

The prostate needs a plentiful supply of fresh blood to nourish it with food and oxygen. And equally important, the prostate needs plenty of blood flow and regular semen release to keep clean, healthy and pain free. A man’s prostate gland needs to be stimulated to discharge its load. If this is not done often enough, there would be a build-up of fluid secretions and this gland or sac that holds the fluid will be inflamed and infected. This stagnation of seminal fluid is one of the many causes of prostate cancer. Start practicing regular correct prostate massage. Correct prostate massage will increase the blood flow to your prostate gland. This will greatly increase the speed of your progress.

Research has shown sexual activity and a high ejaculation frequency are linked to a lower risk of prostate cancer later in life. This does not mean that a man has to have an orgasm every time he wants to have sex. Seminal retention and recirculation practices are beneficial.

An epidemiological study of 30,000 men showed that men who ejaculated 13 to 20 times monthly presented a 14 percent lower risk of prostate cancer than men who ejaculated on average, between four and seven times monthly during most of their adult life. Those ejaculating over 21 times a month presented a 33 percent decreased risk of developing prostate cancer than those on the baseline.

Orgasm acts as a powerful pain-relief agent, and studies suggest it bolsters your immune function. The typical orgasm will boost your body’s T3 and T4 lymphocyte cells — the cells that fight off foreign invaders — by up to 20 percent.

Prostate massage and anal sex play will certainly give a boost to any man or women’s orgasmic power. However, we should not limit our vision to what one study says. Having too many orgasms, for men, can be very weakening. Actually, that needs to be translated more literally, having too many ejaculations is not that healthy—but a man can have orgasms and not ejaculate. In addition, and very interestingly prostate stimulation can lead to multiple orgasms of this type.

What causes most prostate problems?

Probably the worst thing we do to our prostates is sit most of the day in a chair. It seems innocent and is very businesslike. Nonetheless, sitting causes more prostate pain than probably any other source. Why? Because the circulation is almost cut off to the prostate when we sit for long periods of time. As we age, the blood vessels (just like the skin on your face) become weaker and less firm. When we put pressure on them they can no longer resist that pressure well. So they collapse. Just like pinching or bending a soda straw.

When we sit, not only do we pinch the blood vessels, we put extra weight on the prostate gland and collapse even more blood vessels. Anytime any part of the body becomes oxygen starved, pain occurs. The greater the oxygen starvation, the greater the pain. When your prostate gland is not getting fresh blood and oxygen in sufficient quantity, it brings to give problems. Most men are sitting 10-12 hours each day. HOWEVER, they don’t know how to get the blood moving again.

This is where prostate massage technique saves the day! You are probably never going to be able to stop most of your sitting. Earning a living just demands a lot of sitting for most men. But, with correct prostate massage technique, you can reduce or eliminate the harmful effects of all that sitting!

What are the risks of prostate massage?

The risks are low if one follows common sense hygiene. Moreover, the risks are high if one neglects one’s prostate. When men get older, an enlarged prostate is a common problem. Fat and proteins can accumulate and enlarge the prostate gland to a degree where pain happens and urinating becomes a problem. A prostate massage is a good way to drain the prostate. Even if you do not have any problems with your prostate yet, it is recommended that you do a massage once a month to prevent problems. If you already have problems a daily massage may be needed to reduce pain and swelling

Well personally I am into what I just published above which is anal clentching with my yoga practices and am not into prostate stimulation for sexual pleasure. In terms of the potential for prostate stimulation for increased orgasms I am just reporting on the literature not personal experience but through Taoist sexual practices, which I am not so good at, I have had orgasms without ejaculation. There is a Taoist in New York which has been teaching that forever….just Google seminal retention.

I see. I heard about such a practice years ago and tried it but found it not satisfactory.

I find it appalling that the benefits of prostate massage are so difficult to find. Most MDs
either deny it can shrink the prostate or are totally unaware of the procedure. A disgraceful state of affairs on both counts & great disservice to BPH sufferers.

I worry however on about this post however, in that it appears to conflate the therapeutic benefits of prostate massage with doing it for sexual pleasure. In my experience of prostate massage given by a senior urologist at UCLA it successfully shrank my prostate by one third with just 3 5-minute session over the period of a week. There was no pain whatsoever nor was there the slightest sexual pleasure. It just felt a bit weird & each time I had the sense I was going to pee on the carpet, though In fact I never did.

I have absolutely no quarrel with people having their prostates massaged for pleasure, but I don’t think the two procedures are the same. To shrink the prostate a degree of pressure must be applied in a certain way or it doesn’t work.
