My Personal Testimony

Published on December 17, 2010

These are my youngest three children. We actually have three teenagers also and these three precious ones so I am very active in thinking about appropriate pediatric care. My main interest since starting the IMVA eight years ago has actually been vaccines and pediatric medicine and that will again be evident when we publish Humane Pediatrics early next year. I am showing my children off because my main testimony today is personal and about Bernardo, one of my older children from my wife’s first marriage.  I have been involved in his life since he was a year old.

About a month ago Bernardo was a tall lanky very thin boy 15 years of age. He was after me to buy him some creatine to build muscle mass and I resisted, indicating that he should take Rejuvenate. He ordered the creatine (still has not arrived) but started on the Rejuvenate first. I went away for a week into the interior to Sanctuary and when I got back I could literally see the effects after about three weeks of him consuming Rejuvenate smoothies.

He looks like what happens when you feed a dry de-mineralized tree some water and minerals. He has grown taller and added mass and almost looks like a different 15-year-old in less than a month’s time. I asked everyone who works for us if they have noticed that Bernardo has grown and everyone was emphatic about their amazement at his growth spurt. Actually I was not surprised for I know what superfoods can do for the human body.

I was excited though and called Dr. Hank Liers, a brilliant physicist who happens to have a propensity for creating great superfood formulas. He responded saying, “Yes, I am familiar with what your son has experienced. My son Fred experienced something similar during our initial design phase of the original Rejuvenate. He had a slight build and normal hair. After several months on high levels of Rejuvenate, with additional chlorella and sardines he became more muscular, his hair thickened, and I think he even grew about 1/4 inch (at age 41). He had looked 15 years younger than his age, but the Rejuvenate with high RNA made him look even younger.”

Hank told me, “I too experienced some unusual events. My hair had stopped growing and was mostly gray, but the Rejuvenate and high RNA caused my hair to grow rapidly again and it began to change color back to my original blond. My skin got smoother and my endurance increased.”

It was about six months ago when I first published on my blog about Rejuvenate accenting heavily on its great taste knowing that it would be easy to consume high quantities of it, which I have been doing daily ever since in a bowl of Acái.

About a month ago I started taking an average of 7 or 8 grams of L-arginine in a good-tasting formula. I have to tell you that last week when I stepped onto the tennis court after being away I felt at least ten years younger in terms of my ability to maintain comfortable respiration. I noticed a huge difference in O2 transport.

Ever since I went back on the courts five years ago I have gotten easily winded. It was actually painful to get so out of breath but last week I was astonished to feel such a dramatic change. The L-arginine is from the work of Dr. Joe Prendergast. L-arginine is known for its ability to remove plaque from the blood vessels and also because it creates nitric oxide it helps open and widen these same vessels. Seems to have worked like a dream in my case and along with the Rejuvenate I am feeling younger and that’s good news for a father of six with three younglings who need me to stay around on this planet for a long time.

In the 1960s and 1970s Dr. Benjamin Frank noticed all kinds of effects with every person he put on RNA—usually in about 1-3 weeks. Dr. Liers has taken Dr. Frank’s work further by combining the RNA with superfoods, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc. in his Rejuvenate product. Dr. Frank conducted an experiment with seven healthy individuals and had them climb flights of stairs both before and after RNA therapy. Whereas fatigue began by rapidly climbing three sets of stairs before RNA therapy, after 10 full doses (over a period of 1-2 weeks) of this RNA formula the same group was able to rapidly climb 6-10 flights of stairs before fatigue began.

Here is a list of beneficial effects of dietary nucleic acids from one of Dr. Frank’s books:

•     GREATER ENERGY AND VITALITY
•     INCREASED STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE
•     IMPROVED LUNG CAPACITY / EASIER BREATHING
•     POSITIVE CARDIOVASCULAR EFFECTS
•     SMOOTHER SKIN
•     MORE YOUTHFUL APPEARANCE
•     RAPID HEALING
•     GREATER SENSE OF WELL BEING
•     REGENERATION AND RESTORATION

Bernard Jensen wrote several books on chlorella after visiting Taiwan and Japan. He includes pictures of young animals that were on chlorella (~10% RNA) compared to those on a normal diet. Those on the high RNA chlorella diets were generally much larger and healthier than those on the normal diet. I personally have been more into spirulina these past 30 years and Dr. Leirs was intelligent enough to include both chlorella and spirulina as the backbone of most of his superfood formulas.

The other day I published that the Oregon-based Mountain House, a division of Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc., has confirmed reports of shortages in their freeze-dried food product line. It really is time to stock up on foods as again we see huge crop losses because of the record-breaking cold. Between soon-to-skyrocket prices and probable loss of food availability due to shortages, it is time to stock up on survival medicines and foods if one has any funds to do so—better than money in the bank especially if one has children to protect in the hard times ahead. I can think of no better way to prosper and grow strong in the troubled times ahead than having a stock of superfood like Rejuvenate. It is the perfect survival food and survival medicine rolled into one.

Of course my standing position is to stock up on magnesium chloride (magnesium oil, flakes, and gel), sodium bicarbonate, and iodine as well. Magnesium remains uncontested as the bedrock medicinal of all my protocols because it is the “lamp of life,” the element that lubricates all physiological processes. I got a letter this morning from a person in Finland who has been able to make her varicose veins disappear with transdermal magnesium. She wanted to know what caused them to disappear. That is difficult to answer in the specific but we know how important magnesium is for healthy tissues, and through these four years since the publication of my book Transdermal Magnesium Therapy (second edition will be available in print in about seven weeks) I have received only delightful communications from people all over the world who have benefited in more ways than I can count.

Now I really don’t want to sound like a street food vendor but it would not be fair for me not to say something about there being 4 (soon to be 5) different versions of Rejuvenate: – the original Rejuvenate, Cherry Vanilla-flavored Rejuvenate Pro, the Sweet Green Rejuvenate Plus, and Rejuvenate Berries and Herbs (and soon to be Rejuvenate Strawberry-Peach Protein Plus). These versions are designed to appeal to different taste buds and offer a range of nutritional profiles – although they are all high-RNA formulas.

And really eating Rejuvenate with Acái is a dream that my intestines agree with. My taste buds also and on a hot night (we still have them even during periods of global cooling) there is nothing in the world like it

Yes, I do think that transdermally applied magnesium works on varicose or spider veins. I only have a couple of the latter (lucky me) but I have noticed that they are not as visible lately and I could only attribute this to the few baths with magnesium flakes that I have taken recently.

I am very curious to see if rejuvenate can help with my grey hair; I am only 35 years old and more than half of my hair is already grey. Since I don’t want to color it with any of the chemicals-loaded hair colors, I am left with henna but my natural hair color is balck and henna makes it look quite reddish wich is not my favorite.
Well, this is by no means a life threatening issue but if anyone has any more suggestions, I would appreciate them mostly since I work in the fashion world which does not really go hand in hand with grey hair.

Happy Holidays to all of you and may you all enter a year of great health, both physical and mental.
    God bless!

      Monica,
It’s got to be tough to have that much gray hair. I know I’ve come across writings at Natural News that speak of gray hair and alternatives to slow it down. Also, the Rejuvenate mentioned above might help. Are you getting enough nutrients? Leafy greens are our most nutrient-dense foods. You can blend them up with fruit (green smoothies) or add them to soups. Also, juicing is another great way to get in nutrients. Perhaps trace minerals would help you as well. Here are some links from Natural News that might be of help: http://www.google.com/search?q=gray+hair+site%3Anaturalnews.com&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=&oe=&rlz=1I7ADFA_en

Also, are you opposed to brands like HerbaTint? I color my roots every 4-6 weeks with HerbaTint. I use a light chestnut brown, and it doesn’t go brassy on me.

      Good luck 🙂

I use a brand from Germany called Sante Naturkosmetik (available online). It is completely plant-based and comes in a variety of colours. The black is not suitable for grey hair, unfortunately, but one of the darker brown shades might be. It is recommended for grey hair. My hair is white in places (I’m in my 40s). I use a shade for blonde/light brown hair and it covers grey very well without penetrating the hair shaft. Some shades contain henna but the colour I use smells like chocolate and looks like coffee grounds and my hair goes blonde, not red-blonde. I need natural dyes, as I am highly allergic to chemical dyes, while most quasi-natural/chemical dyes from health food shops leave my hair with the texture of a horse’s tail. Sante, on the other hand, makes it soft and shiny, a major feat as it is naturally curly and often frizzy. I use their Lava shampoo to prepare my hair and Brilliant conditioner afterwards. Works a treat to cover grey while exploring natural ways to reverse it. The colour lasts for ages, too.

Ive been studying nutritional medicine, vitamins research, natural healing methods, etc for the last 20 years.Ive healed myself of Lyme Disease this way (including the continued use of a zapper, and just a few courses of abx in the beginning) the zapper has been the key treatment.

I just discovered Dr.Sircus websites and books.

I am very impressed with the scope and depth of knowledge he presents here and in his books.
Just this blog post alone, is a huge wealth of essential information to guide people in the right path toward health.

Through all my research,I’ve come to the same essential understandings about nutritional medicine, and went about purchasing all the different vitamins and minerals ,protein powders, chlorella and green powders, etc etc….come to find out now, that what I have done, and all the expense of it was provide myself with basically the same vitamin/mineral/nutritional program that is contained in the one product he describes….Rejuvenate /Plus/Pro/etc

So now,I have to sit down with a calculator…..and add up how Much I payed for all my supplements…(its Alot) ….and compare that to what it costs to buy Rejuvenate products instead.

    (I’m afraid to look….)

So I imagine I will be ordering Rejuvenate next time ,after I run out of all my stuff.

As I start reading Dr.Sircus’s writings about magnesium ,sodium bicarb, medicinal baths, nutrition, etc …..its becoming more clear to me that this understanding IS the right path. I can feel it organically in my body when I drink sodium bicarbonate water….its like some inner voice in my mind and body tells me this is right, that my body wants this. I’m getting more in touch with that instinctive place of intuitive knowing. Knowing how to listen to what my body/inner mind is telling me it needs.

and I’m feeling it about magnesium as well.

HI . I wonder if Rejuvenate is good for me given I have type one diaberes and stage two chronic kidney disease. I need to be on lower potassium and phosphoris diet that I was on with lots of greens nuts and seeds as well as spirulina chlorella etc. in terms of greens . Low protein diet and only 5 oz of protein per day. would the products you reccomennd be appropriate for me. I stoppefd my greens and nuts plus whole grains due to the recommendations of kidney specialists
Im on ACE inhibitors which I reduced on my own from 15 miligrams to ten . this has raised my ACE readings to 28 form 16 so Im leaking more protein into the urine again Phew HOw should I adresse this with sodium bicarbonaate or something else with collagenous colitis which is causing constant diarreah for the past 3 years. Im not taking anything but go to accupupncture for treatments that give me more strength and warmth. Hemoglobin is low due to chronic diseasses anemia. I teach yoga few times a week which acts as a great energizer but would love to get out of this helll of diabetic complications somehow sooner than later. Any ideas? Age 60 Type one diabetes for over 32 years

  • Very interesting. Thanks for sharing your personal experiences especially about your son and the hair color. I recently found out about L-arginine and L-citruline and put about a dozen people on a new product with those and many other ingredients. Without exception they are all feeling much better. More energy, better sleep, lowered sugar levels, brain fog and depression gone in one formerly very sad widow who just couldn’t snap out of it and even had a heart attack shortly after the death of her husband, and more (haven’t asked about anyone’s sex lives but apparently it works like those little blue pills but for women too, not just men).

The product we use is not on the comparison chart but on my website you can find such a chart. There are many more nutrients (all organic and GMO-free although not labeled so to keep costs down) in it than the others for the same price (cheaper in bulk). You might want to take a look: http://www.cardio4life.ca.

    Dr.Sircus,

I just turned 59 in November and my wife (age 41) and I have two sons, our first children, aged four and two years old. What great gifts! We have been taking Rejuvenate per your suggestions – thank you! Tim
