New Dawn in Climatology

Climate Change

Image

Climate is changing much faster, stronger and sooner than anyone expected and it is changing in unexpected ways. It is supposed to be warming but the reality is actually cooling. Sami K. Solanki of the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research announced that he believes the Sun is leaving its fifty to sixty year long grand maximum of the second half of the 20th century.  He had said previously that the Sun was more active in the second half of the 20th century than in the previous 8,000 years.  Solanki holds that a repeat of the Dalton Minimum[1] is most likely, and that the earth is in for an unusually deep and long solar minimum.

Rising temperatures have generally
resulted in rain rather than snow.

Certainly in the northern hemisphere this winter its cold, really cold, and records for both snow and temperature are being broken almost every where suggesting that what we have been led to believe about CO2 and warming have been false, stupid and motivated by both conscious and unconscious self interest. We have just had a science at its worst event, which will be remembered in history; of that there is no doubt. The global warming hysteria was based on fraud as investigations and public admissions by principle players have been highlighting. The superstition of global warming has been shattered but we are still left with enormous problems in respect to climate change.

The World Health Organization is investigating allegations that it exaggerated the danger of Swine Flu, boosting the profits of pharmaceutical companies at the expense of public health. Similar investigations should be initiated into the entire global warming scam that had most of us worried about our blood boiling in the future due to massive temperature increases.

Global warming alarmism is collapsing rapidly but some people just don’t give up. On February 17, 2010 a New York Times editorial stated, “Disclosures of isolated errors and exaggerations in the 2007 report from the United Nations panel on climate change do not undermine its main finding: that the planet has been warming gradually for more than a century and that human activity is largely responsible.” They of course say nothing about the sun, discounting totally the overly large effect it has down here on our precious earth.

The sun is cycling through its own solar minimum phase and naturally when things calm down in terms of solar radiation things tend to cool not warm. We all know that certain kids never pay attention in their science classes and so as adults just cannot appreciate basic science. The sun is the furnace of earth. It’s the big heat of our solar system.

Scotland has suffered some of the coldest winter months in almost
100 years. It was the coldest December and January in Northern Ireland
since 1962/63 and the coldest in England and Wales since 1981/82.

The Times believes it time for us to make some tough decisions and that is true. But we are not going to get anywhere as a civilization if we try to go forward and make decisions based on unnecessary lies. In fact we are not going to get anywhere if we trust the wrong people to make crucial decisions for humanity, which are needed in many fields today. I wonder if the Times management would be able to make the tough decisions necessary to stop allowing powerful financial interests to dominate its content and purpose.

mercury dip to -26C while 17 other municipalities
across Bulgaria reported temperatures below -23C.

Thomas Friedman of the Times enjoyed making fun of our particularly snowy winter, which in his opinion does not prove “that climate change is a hoax and, therefore, we need not bother with all this girly-man stuff like renewable energy, solar panels and carbon taxes.” Between the Friedman editorial and the papers general editorial today we can see the dialogue has officially changed. There is no more talk about global warming per say its now “climate change.” Hard to argue with climate change since everyone agrees it’s changing.

Fanatics about man-made global warming want to spend trillions of
dollars based on conclusions from faulty data. As the frigid winter
days pass and the scandals mount, it becomes clear that claims of
man-made global warming aren’t based on scientific methods at all.
– The Washington Post

Friedman and his friends would like us to remain very clear on what the real issue is for us humans. “What the current debate is about is whether humans — by emitting so much carbon and thickening the greenhouse-gas blanket around the earth so that it traps more heat — are now rapidly exacerbating nature’s natural warming cycles to a degree that could lead to dangerous disruptions.” Friedman seems retarded or has not read much because just this month Professor Phil Jones, who is at the centre of the “Climategate” affair, conceded that there has been no “statistically significant” rise in temperatures since 1995.

Jones, the former director of the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at Britain’s University of East Anglia, admitted to the BBC in February of 2010 not only the statistics but stated that from January 2002 to the present, the earth has been cooling and that the Medieval Warm Period (MWP) from 800 to 1300 A.D., did in fact exist; a scientifically accepted fact that Jones and other climate researchers tried to discount or hide. Advocates of global warming have recently been forced to admit fallibility. Jones admissions represent a major U-turn being called the Great Climate Change Retreat.

Apparently much of the proof for global warming was caused by local distortions affecting weather stations, such as land development. Ross McKitrick, professor of economics at the University of Guelph, Canada said to the London Times, “We concluded, with overwhelming statistical significance, that the IPCCs climate data are contaminated with surface effects from industrialization and data quality problems. These add up to a large warming bias,” he told The Sunday Times.

“Saying the climate system is completely dominated by how much carbon dioxide we have in the system is crazy – completely wrong,” says Dr. Willie Soon, astrophysicist and geoscientist at the Solar and Stellar Physics Division of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. He is also an astronomer at the Mount Wilson Observatory. Dr. Soon says, “Carbon dioxide is not the major driver for the earth/climate system. Now temperatures are going down, but CO2 levels are still going up. It’s close to being insane to try to keep insisting these changes in carbon dioxide are going to create all of the disasters.  They say, “no matter what the sun does, it is not important.”

Global warming was a huge exaggeration since in reality climate is totally, completely dependent on what the sun is doing to the system. Dr. Soon speaks of bedrock reality when he says, “The sun is the major driver of the earth climate system.” We can see that certain elite circles took an insane chance in their bid for more riches captured in carbon taxes. Spitting into the eye of God (in this case the sun) trying to out smart Mother Nature shows how even the almighty powerful rich ones among us can fall flat on their faces in front of everyone. Well ok not in front of everyone since they are so secretive and hidden but we know they are there and what their real interest is in life.

We are being brainwashed. This whole discussion is not a climate discussion, it is a controlling discussion. I think there are other ulterior motives. Carbon dioxide is NOT a pollutant. It is NOT harmful to life on earth. If you think its only carbon dioxide that drives climate, you really don’t understand how the climate system works”, says hydroclimatologist David Russell Legates, who is an Associate Professor of Geography and Ocean Science and Engineering at the University of Delaware. He is the Delaware State Climatologist.

Americans do not pride themselves about self evident
truths anymore nor do they care that they are being
treated like stupid cattle by the ruling elite in their country.

No matter what anyone in science says and no matter how much trust has been ripped out from under global warming research there are certain people and organizations that persist in supporting the hidden agenda of certain circles of powerful interests that many people pretend don’t exist.

“It’s against the rules to talk about a rapacious American oligarchy, and the suggestion that the small group of people with most of the money and power in the United States just might be responsible to some degree for what has been happening to the country over the last twenty years invariably invites the news media to expressions of wrath and denial. The ruling and possessing class cannot be blamed for anything that is happening (in America) because, well, there is no ruling and possessing class,” wrote Michael Lind, in Harper’s Magazine, June, 1995.

Himalayan Glacial Melt Not Backed by Science

Image

The first thing people question about global cooling is, “What about all the melting glaciers?” We are incredibly vulnerable and gullible to whatever is said by the mass media and here is just one more example how easily we are misled. Experts can say whatever they please today and it sometimes takes years for the truth about untruths to become visible.

Many of the media blitzes about global warming it turns out were in reality a lot of unsubstantiated hot air. First we had the scandal from England that reflected improprieties by climatologists and now we have an admission that U.N. warnings that Himalayan glaciers were melting faster than any other place in the world and may be gone by 2035 was not backed up by science, U.N. climate experts said in January.[2]

The incident in England created a furor late last year over the release of stolen e-mails in which climate scientists talked about suppressing data and freezing out skeptics of global warming. Global warming proponents are having a tough time of things lately especially with the intense cold spell that has many people rightfully questioning whether global warming exists. If the world was really warming so intensely would we really expect to be suffering with record breaking cold and snow? Yes in some places in the world it has been hot and records have been set there also, but the general direction is down, not up, according to the people who should know – the weather men.

“At a time when the biggest headlines on science have
been over the flaws or legitimacy of climate science, recent
skirmishes over climate research have really shaken the
confidence of the public in the conduct of science [overall].”

– Ralph Cicerone, President
National Academy of Science

In a 2007 report, the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said the Himalayan glaciers are very likely to disappear within three decades if the present melting rate continues. But a statement from the panel now says there is not enough scientific evidence to back up those claims. The warning in the report “refers to poorly substantiated estimates of rate of recession and date for the disappearance of Himalayan glaciers,” the IPCC said. “In drafting the paragraph in question, the clear and well-established standards of evidence, required by the IPCC procedures, were not applied properly.”

India’s Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday repeated his previous criticism of the panel’s initial assessment of the Himalayan glaciers. “The health of the glaciers is a cause of grave concern, but the IPCC’s alarmist position that they would melt by 2035 was not based on an iota of scientific evidence,” Ramesh was quoted as saying by The Times of India.

Five glaring errors were discovered in one paragraph of the world’s most authoritative report on global warming, forcing the Nobel Prize-winning panel of climate scientists to apologize. One mistake suggests glaciers in the Himalayas could melt away by the year 2035 — hundreds of years earlier than the data actually indicate. The year 2350 apparently was transposed as 2035.

Reader Responses:

Our winters are warmer and no frost has been reported here in Sydney Australia for years.  Our warm climate animals and plants are working their way down the coast into what was once cool climate and the ocean currents are warming up.  It may not be global warming but the weather is being disturbed by something.  It seems that extremes are the byword, whether by sun spots, global warming, change in magnetic field of the earth, or a wobble in the earth’s axis.  Can you say what is causing the problems?  I would really like to know!!
Janet Riepon

I’m starting to get annoyed by this global warming put-down. Global warming was for 1990?ies, please, update already to global climate change! Global warming was/is too simple an explanation – global climate change is rather undeniable!

I agree with your article above.  However, you must do homework on Scalar Electromagnetic Technology which was developed by Nikola Tesla, the greatest scientist/inventor of all time. He invented Scalar Electromagnetic technology which can be used to produce horrible weather modifications such as hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis, floods, earthquakes, mudslides.  What a coincidence the world is experiencing so many catastrophes!  Scalar technology can also be used for catastrophic weaponry across continents.  Many nations have this technology – US, Russia, China, Brazil, Japan, etc. The weather patterns around the world are also being modified by the long-patterned chemtrails across the skies not the short-tailed vapors emitted by jets. Various chemicals are being sprayed on the populace all around the world, constantly; with the result many people have gotten/are getting various symptoms of asthma, lung problems and numerous physical ailments.

[1] The Dalton Minimum was a period of low solar activity, named for the English meteorologist John Dalton, lasting from about 1790 to 1830.[1] Like the Maunder Minimum and Spörer Minimum, the Dalton Minimum coincided with a period of lower-than-average global temperatures. The Oberlach Station in Germany, for example, experienced a 2.0°C decline over 20 years.[2] The Year without a summer, in 1816, also occurred during the Dalton Minimum.   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dalton_Minimum

CO2 is beneficial in many ways but high levels are acidifying oceans. Mercury and nitrogen compounds ride along with fossil exhaust.

Also no one is talking about restoring tree cover. Deforestation has stripped the planet.

I don’t know what to believe anymore with all the fraud, and corruption and liars that are in every field. Can’t trust the medicine, government, stock markets, science, banks, food sources, news. I don’t believe anything at face value anymore. I always take a wait and see attitude. Nothing is set in stone for me anymore. Nothing I hear, not even this article. It is one opinion to me and could be right or wrong. I’m not a scientist, so I have no real knowledge of anything and I don’t believe anything anyone tells me anymore.

What about the polar ice caps melting? I can only speak from a perspective of a lay person but there seems to be enormous melting going on there. What explains this?
