    The lymphatic system is a key element in sports. According to research published many years ago, a gentle bounce such as on a “Rebounder” activates the lymphacytes more effectively than running or jogging. 2 minutes on a rebounder has the equivalent effect of running a mile and may be a great way to warm up! The same principle of using Magnesium Oil could be applied before a workout. Thus, avoiding injury.

    P.S. Epsom Salts are not as effective.

    Some people I know have soaked in Epsom salts; does this work as well? I have both types at home. The other magnesium is much less expensive.
