A global push to slow the spread of the coronavirus has put more than 1.7 billion people confined to their homes. All of these people need some simple treatments they can do. The perfect treatments for coronavirus need to be safe, widely available, inexpensive, easy to administer and of course effective. The good news is that 100,000 people have recovered from the virus. It is treatable for the vast majority unless one is already near dying from a preexisting condition.
Unfortunately, all of those that might be perfect treatments are natural medicines. Even if used in ICU, emergency rooms and ambulances on a regular basis, they are not considered for COVID-19 only because they are natural. The exception is that Vitamin C at high dosages has been used in China. So have herbs supplied by traditional Chinese medicine.
Never believe that the medical and health authorities are honestly interested in saving lives. Their denial and outright repression of medicines like sodium bicarbonate, magnesium, iodine, selenium, Vitamins C and D is telling.
More than 10,000 have now died in Europe alone. The medicines these people needed were denied to them. The Chinese, being pragmatic as they are, are both forward and backward looking when it comes to medicine and that makes them flexible in their thinking and practice. Ancient and super modern medicine mix quite easily in China whereas western doctors tend to be stick in the mud types; its their way or the highway. The deepening sense of panic around the world would be greatly diminished if the health authorities would open their minds to these natural ICU medicine.
The FDA is investigating the use of the drug chloroquine, which is approved for treating malaria, lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, to reduce the duration of symptoms, as well as viral shedding. In Brazil it is being sucessfully used by doctors to treat COVID-19 infections. However, it is not the perfect treatment by a long shot.
Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Dr. Stephen Hahn cited chloroquine, along with remdesivir, and possibly using plasma from survivors of COVID-19, the disease the new virus causes. Both are not widely available. Imagine getting together enough of these drugs, that have side-effects, to treat billions of people. Tamiflu is such a nasty antiviral no one is even bringing up the possibility of using it.
However, carbon dioxide is the perfect medicine. It can even be nebulized directly into the lungs. Using CO2 is not new and in the hospital, one cannot receive oxygen without CO2 added to the oxygen bottles. CO2 makes oxygen safe as does hydrogen. Using CO2 as a medicine is the practice of pH medicine. If it is strong enough to treat and cure gangrene it is strong enough to help us out with the coronavirus pandemic.
The pH of the blood is the most important factor to
determine the state of the microorganisms in the blood.
CO2 in the form of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is widely available in practically every drug store and supermarket in the world. With it one can attack viruses at their most vulnerable point, which is their sensitivity to changes in pH. CO2 is also available in great amounts inside the body because each and every cell creates it to survive. Hold your breath and CO2 levels in the blood instantly rise. This is an extremely healthy thing to do.

More than 90% of carbon dioxide in your blood exists in the form of bicarbonate (HCO3). The rest of the carbon dioxide is either dissolved carbon dioxide gas (CO2) or carbonic acid (H2CO3). Your kidneys and lungs balance the levels of carbon dioxide, bicarbonate, and carbonic acid in the blood.
Taking sodium bicarbonate orally or bathing in a tub saturated with it results in a shift of the body’s pH to less acidic and more alkaline. That is because baking soda is an electron donor. As the pH rises, so does cellular voltage and cellular oxygen levels.
Low or blocked oxidation is normally followed by fermentation of sugar in cells, which then leads to the primary condition upon which cancer, infectious and inflammatory processes feed. Viruses are “anaerobic” creatures, which thrive in the absence of oxygen, and like cancer cells, they love sugar because of the acidic and inflammatory conditions high sugar consumption brings.

If carbon dioxide is so good for us, and it is, then we should increase the CO2 level in our bodies right now if we are worried about the coronavirus or have already contracted it. We can do that by taking baking soda and by slowing our breathing, which is facilitated by breath holding and some simple breathing machines that are not widely available.

Carbon dioxide is one of the most important gases for life. It is healthy and extremely necessary. CO2 is good and without enough of it we get sick. CO2, the waste product of cell metabolism, is not waste at all. Plants thrive on it and our lives depend on it.
Dr. Konstantin Buteyko said, “CO2 is the main source of nutrition for any living matter on Earth. Plants obtain CO2 from the air and provide the main source of nourishment for animals, while both plants and animals are nourishment for us. In 1904, Danish scientist Christian Bohr noticed that hemoglobin binds oxygen more tightly at high pH than it does at low pH. This phenomenon is called the Bohr effect. CO2 and bicarbonate, carbon dioxide’s twin sister, are the vital players in the pH balance in both cells, blood and other bodily fluids meaning CO2 holds the keys to oxygen delivery. If the level of carbon dioxide in the blood is lower than normal, then this leads to difficulties in releasing oxygen from hemoglobin.

The Arm & Hammer Baking Soda Company knew and published information about using their product for medical purposes in 1926. We can violently pull the rug out from under most pathogens by bombarding them with a blast of alkalinity.
