Special Note: This is the last chapter of my new book, The Secrets of Light. Light is the backbone of life, and the sun is the giver of all life on Earth. In the latter part of the book are the seven rays, seven colors that our bodies absorb to create the rainbow of our personalities, the rainbow of perception, which enables us to experience life. Most of the electromagnetic spectrum is necessary and positive, but that is not the case with all, as the chapter below testifies to.
Wireless technology has become integral to our lives, from smartphones and laptops to WiFi routers and Bluetooth headphones. However, there is a growing concern about the potential health risks associated with exposure to wireless radiation. Many scientists have been shouting warnings for decades, but industry and governments have not paid attention, so radiation exposure is now much more intense. Most people don’t want to hear it, and there is little to nothing one can do about it if one lives in a city.
All kinds of radiation can be harmful if you get too much exposure, and some types of radiation can also be harmful if you are underexposed. Too little sun exposure is a common problem for public health.
The mainstream narrative suggests that the radiation levels emitted into our environments are typically well below the safety limits set by regulatory agencies. Everyone trusts these governmental agencies, which, of course, is a big mistake.
Repeated WiFi studies show that WiFi causes oxidative stress, sperm/testicular damage, and neuropsychiatric effects, including EEG changes, apoptosis, cellular DNA damage, endocrine changes, and calcium overload. Sounds pretty safe! Mainstream narratives are like that. Just look at COVID-19 genetic vaccines. Governments and your friendly doctors insist they are safe, yet governmental vaccine damage reporting systems in the United States, England, and Europe are reporting stomach-churning levels of deaths and a host of problems, including permanent damage to the heart.
WiFi, cell tower, and cell phone radiation are impossible to avoid today. Children tend to absorb more radiation because they are still growing and developing physically, their brain tissue is more absorbent, and their skulls are much thinner than adults. Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are all around us, even if we live in rural areas. They emanate from power lines, televisions, household electrical wiring, microwave appliances, cellphones, cellphone towers, and wireless internet connections. In cities, one opens their WiFi and sees limitless signals penetrating one’s personal space. Some people are susceptible to EMF and suffer greatly from it.
Pushing us to sickness and death: millions of cellphone towers, billions of cell phones, all the WiFi routers, our computers, and countless gadgets all push out and receive radiation. If that’s not enough, add 5G. Still not enough? Add thousands of satellites beaming signals down to the ground. Now, 12 years later, there are few places you can go to in Europe or the United States without coverage.
One should watch Dr. Paul Héroux’s vídeo about the dangers of EMF. He is a scientist with a Ph.D. in physics, 15 years of experience in engineering, and 30 years in the health sciences. He is interested in how electromagnetic fields (EMF) interact with the human body. In his laboratory, he routinely kills human cells with EMF. After many years of research, Dr. Héroux doesn’t wear Bluetooth headphones or use wireless routers at home. Unfortunately, for most urban dwellers, turning off their WiFi does little because of exposure from neighbors.
“We simply can’t escape the exposure to this radiation. It’s everywhere. So many people use cell phones and wireless connections Today that you don’t even have to own a cell phone to be exposed. You’re just as exposed as everyone else. Every time someone makes a call from a mobile phone, the signal is sent to a cell phone tower. There are so many calls being made by everyone around us, and now there are so many mobile phone towers in operation that all of us are caught in the crossfire. It’s like second-hand smoke from cigarettes, except that we can’t get away from it. There simply isn’t anywhere to escape,” writes Lynn Quiring.
Radiation is electromagnetic waves or moving subatomic particles, especially high-energy particles. There are two types of radiation: ionizing and non-ionizing. Ionizing radiation has enough energy to remove electrons from atoms or molecules, which can damage DNA and lead to cancer.
Examples of ionizing radiation include X-rays and gamma rays. Non-ionizing radiation has lower energy levels and cannot ionize atoms or molecules. Examples of non-ionizing radiation include radio waves, microwaves, infrared radiation, and visible light.
A study at one New York hospital found that nearly a third of its patients undergoing multiple cardiac imaging tests were getting a cumulative effective dose of more than 100 millisieverts of radiation — equivalent to 5,000 chest X-rays, with FDA approval. The radiation doses of CT scans (a series of X-ray images from multiple angles) are 100 to 1,000 times higher than conventional X-rays. Again, with FDA approval.
Scientific American confirms these high readings, “A single CT scan subjects the human body to between 150 and 1,100 times the radiation of a conventional x-ray. Researchers at the National Cancer Institute estimate that 29,000 future cancer cases could be attributed to the 72 million CT scans in the country in 2007. FDA-approved tests are killing 15 to 20 thousand people a year from cancer.” In 1980, there were 3 million CT scans done. By the year 2007, the number had increased to about 70 million.
It is estimated that at least 80 million CT scans are done yearly. That adds up to 800 million scans in ten years, enough to irradiate the entire American population almost three times. Anyone saying this is safe or the benefits outweigh the harm should see a psychiatrist. Sometimes the equipment, like all machines malfunctions, and emits much higher doses of radiation.
Radiation exposure is cumulative, and children, who undergo between 5 million million CT scans annually, are much more vulnerable to its effects. Studies performed in the United Kingdom in 2012 and in Australia in 2013 found an increase in cases of leukemia and malignant brain tumors among children and young adults who had undergone CT scans.
As early as 1955, Dr. Alice Stewart, head of the Department of Preventive Medicine at Oxford University, became aware of a sharp rise in leukemia among young children in England. By May 1957, after the analysis of 1299 cases, half of which involved leukemia and the rest mainly brain and kidney tumors, her study had been completed.
The data showed that babies born of mothers who had a series of X-rays of the pelvic region during pregnancy were nearly twice as likely to develop leukemia or another form of cancer as those born of mothers who had not been X-rayed. Dr. Stewart concluded that the dose from diagnostic X-rays could produce a detectable increase in childhood cancer when given during pregnancy.
Killing Off the Human Race Slowly With Oxidative Stress
Oxidative stress (OS) has been identified as one of the many mediators of male infertility by causing sperm dysfunction. Excessive production of free radicals or reactive oxygen species (ROS) can damage sperm, and ROS has been extensively studied as one of the mechanisms of infertility. Spermatozoa are sensitive to OS because they lack cytoplasmic defenses (Donnelly et al., 1999; Saleh and Agarwal, 2002). No wonder sperm counts are crashing the world over.
Oxidative stress is getting out of hand for many reasons, including the increases of cosmic rays because of our weakening sun, continued increases of radiation from multiple sources, including never-ending high energy diagnostic tests, Fukushima, and other sources. 5 G is making matters worse.
All of us alive must worry about oxidative stress. In July 2015, a review of existing studies on radiofrequency radiation (RFR) was published by the National Academy of Sciences in Ukraine, Indiana University, and the University of Campinas in Brazil. Based on “93 out of 100 peer-reviewed studies, it concluded that low-intensity RFR [radiofrequency radiation] is an expressive oxidative agent for living cells with a high pathogenic potential and that oxidative stress induced by RFR exposure should be recognized as one of the primary mechanisms of biological activity of this kind of radiation. This explains various biological/health effects of low-intensity RFR, including cancer and non-cancer pathologies.”
A study from Israel’s Tel Aviv University examined people living near a cell phone transmitter station for 3-7 years. The results were startling. Out of the 622 exposed patients, eight cases of different kinds of cancer were diagnosed in a period of just one year (July 1997 to June 1998): three cases of breast cancer, one of ovarian cancer, lung cancer, Hodgkin’s disease (cancer of the lymphatic system), osteoid osteoma (bone tumor) and kidney cancer. The relative risk of cancer was 4.15 for those living near the cell phone transmitter compared with the entire population of Israel. Women were more susceptible. As seven out of eight cancer cases were women, the relative cancer rates for females were 10.5 for those living near the transmitter station and 0.6 for the controls.
In her extraordinary article The Radiation Poisoning of America, Amy Worthington confirmed that non-ionizing communications radiation in the RF/microwave spectrum has the same effect on human health as ionizing gamma wave radiation from nuclear reactions. Leading German radiation expert Dr. Heyo Eckel, an official of the German Medical Association, states, ‘The injuries that result from radioactive radiation are identical with the effects of electromagnetic radiation. The damages are so similar that they are hard to differentiate.”
Worthington writes, “Because gamma waves and RF/microwave radiation are identically carcinogenic and genotoxic to the cellular roots of life, the safe dose of either kind of radiation is zero. No study has proven that exposure to cell-damaging radiation is safe for humans. Dr. Carlo confirms that cell damage is not dose-dependent because any exposure level, no matter how small, can trigger damage response by cell mechanisms.”
A study by Dr. Bruce Hocking in Australia found that children living near three TV and FM broadcast towers (like cell towers) in Sydney had more than twice the rate of leukemia than children living more than seven miles away. According to the Mount Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center, “Studies have shown that even at low levels of this radiation, there is evidence of damage to cell tissue and DNA, and it has been linked to brain tumors, cancer, suppressed immune function, depression, miscarriage, Alzheimer’s disease, and numerous other serious illnesses.”
Neuropsychiatric Effects
A study published in The Journal of the American Medical Association, is among the first and largest to document that the weak radio-frequency signals from cellphones have the potential to alter brain activity. “The study is important because it documents that the human brain is sensitive to the electromagnetic radiation that is emitted by cellphones,” Dr. Volkow said. “It also highlights the importance of doing studies to address the question of whether there are — or are not — long-lasting consequences of repeated stimulation, of getting exposed over five, 10 or 15 years.”
Although preliminary, the findings are certain to reignite a debate about the safety of cellphones. A few observational studies have suggested a link between heavy cellphone use and rare brain tumors, but the bulk of the available scientific evidence shows no added risk. Major medical groups have said that cellphones are safe, but some top doctors, including the former director of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Center and prominent neurosurgeons, have urged the use of headsets as a precaution.
Low-intensity microwave EMFs have been proposed to produce neuropsychiatric effects, sometimes called microwave syndrome. Soviet and Western literature shows that much of the impact of non-thermal microwave exposures in experimental animals occurs in the brain and peripheral nervous system. These may be generated through roles of VGCC activation, producing excessive neurotransmitter/neuroendocrine release oxidative stress and other responses. EMFs act via voltage-gated calcium channel (VGCC) activation.
Among the more commonly reported changes are sleep disturbance/insomnia, headache, depression, fatigue, dysesthesia, concentration/attention dysfunction, memory problems, dizziness, irritability, loss of appetite/body weight, restlessness/anxiety, nausea, skin burning/tingling/dermographism, and EEG changes. Damages to visual systems have been found.
In 2019, I published an essay by The Nation, which, interestingly, has been taken off their site. It said, “The scientific evidence that cell phones and wireless technologies in general can cause cancer and genetic damage is not definitive, but it is abundant and has been increasing over time. Contrary to the impression that most news coverage has given the public, 90 percent of the 200 existing studies included in the National Institutes of Health’s PubMed database on the oxidative effects of wireless radiation—its tendency to cause cells to shed electrons, which can lead to cancer and other diseases—have found a significant impact, according to a survey of the scientific literature conducted by Henry Lai. Seventy-two percent of neurological and 64 percent of DNA studies have also found effects.”
The Nation continued to raise the alarm, “The wireless industry’s determination to bring about the Internet of Things, despite the massive increase in radiation exposure this would unleash, raises the stakes exponentially. Because 5G radiation can only travel short distances, antennas roughly the size of a pizza box must be installed approximately every 250 feet to ensure connectivity.
“Industry is going to need hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, of new antenna sites in the United States alone,” said the UC Berkeley researcher Moskowitz. “So, people will be bathed in a smog of radiation 24/7.”
“The global rollout of 5G is well underway, and we soon may see new small cell towers near all schools, on every residential street, dispersed throughout the natural environment, and pretty much everywhere. Among the many potential problems with exposure to 5G radio waves are issues with the skin, which is interesting when you consider that this technology is already being used in the military for crowd control purposes.”
“The 5G rollout is absolutely insane,” said Dr. Martin Pall, addressing the NIH.
“Allowing this technology to be used without proving its safety is reckless in the extreme, as the millimeter waves are known to have a profound effect on all parts of the human body,” said Prof. Trevor Marshall, Director of Autoimmunity Research Foundation;
“The plans to beam highly penetrative 5G radiation at us from space must surely be one of the greatest follies ever conceived of by humanity. There will be nowhere safe to live,” said Olga Sheean, a former WHO employee and author of No Safe Place.
It is no longer a plan. 5G rollouts is old news. Its well advanced.
Hydrogen Therapy
If Hydrogen therapy may reduce the risks related to radiation-induced oxidative stress in space flight what do you think it can do for us on the ground? From a research paper from NASA scientists, we read:
“Cosmic radiation is known to induce DNA and lipid damage associated with increased oxidative stress and remains a major concern in space travel. Hydrogen, recently discovered as a novel therapeutic medical gas in a variety of biomedical fields, has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. It is expected that space mission activities will increase in coming years both in numbers and duration. It is therefore important to estimate and prevent the risks encountered by astronauts due to oxidative stress prior to developing clinical symptoms of disease. We hypothesize that hydrogen administration to the astronauts by either hydrogen inhalation or drinking hydrogen-rich water may potentially yield a novel and feasible preventative/therapeutic strategy to prevent radiation-induced adverse events.”
Hydrogen inhalation will extend the length of time astronauts can stay in space, and it will lengthen the time we can stay alive and healthy on the ground. Meaning it is the perfect anti-aging therapy. A real fountain of youth! Want to feel young again, do the ultimate sleep therapy, breathing a combination of hydrogen and oxygen gas all night, every night. I can tell you what it did for me doing that for only six weeks. I feel better than I have in ten years, and look it too!
“In recent years, many studies have shown that hydrogen has therapeutic and preventive effects on various diseases. Its selective antioxidant properties were well noticed. Most of the ionizing radiation-induced damage is caused by hydroxyl radicals (% OH) from the radiolysis of H2O. Since hydrogen can mitigate such damage through multiple mechanisms, it presents noteworthy potential as a novel radioprotective agent.”
Ionizing radiation has been well connected to various biological damaging effects for many years. Since World War II, abundant knowledge about radiation’s physical effects has been generated and documented. Exposure to ionizing radiation can lead to many hazards, including genetic mutations, induction of cellular death, and carcinogenesis.
Conclusion
Gabriel Cousens writes, “It is already clear from over 10,000 studies on 2G, 3G, and 4G that these wireless network radio frequency (RF) radiation network systems are causing significant acute and chronic health problems, including life-threatening diseases such as cancer, heart disease, type-2 diabetes, and mental disturbances, such as depression, anxiety, and increased suicidal tendencies.”
Oxidation stress increases when we are exposed to toxins, and infections. It is also increased by sugar and chemicals. Reducing the amount of oxidative stress we constantly face is one of the most important things we can do for our health. Though there are many ways of reducing oxidative stress, nothing will take down oxidative stress like hydrogen medicine. Inhaling hydrogen gas with a hydrogen device can extinguish the most intense oxidative fires and inflammation.
Radiation at extremely low levels is a health hazard that medicine is not dealing with because it uses dangerous levels of radiation in both its diagnosis and treatment of disease. Radiation hazards have been grossly underestimated because they have to be. If they were not, then both the medical industry and the atomic power industry would be vulnerable to staggering liabilities.
Radiation is an invisible terror that works insidiously in the background, so it is easy to hide its place in the deterioration of the publics’ health. But slowly and steadily, radiation hazards are destroying not only our health but that of our children and our children’s children and many more generations to come.
