Too Cold to be Warm & Consequences to Health

Published on February 6, 2023

Despite the ever-loudening cries of ‘Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming’ and the mindless prosperity-wrecking policies that accompany them, this is the fourth sharp global temperature drop in as many months, drops that continue the overall downward trend observed since 2016’s peak (now down 0.75C deg. C since then). Translated for those who understand little (the experts) about climate change, IT IS GETTING COLDER. The climate is cooling, not warming. At this point people who believe in manmade global warming are delusional.

Though today things are warming up fast however this past weekend it felt like 20 below zero in New York City, 30 to 40 below in Boston and 40 to 60 below zero through much of Maine smashing through all-time record lows with wind chills factored in. The record low in Boston for Feb. 4 was set in 1886, when it hit 2 below zero. It was expected to reach between 5 and 10 below zero during the latest storm.

Oh, they really want you to believe in manmade global warming and I believe in Faries, I do, I do, I do. They will not give up until it snows in Miami and even then, they will not give up until they freeze to death and even then to their last gasping breath, they will complain about the world ending and CO2 being the enemy of mankind.

Mount Washington Observatory Meteorologist Francis Tarasiewicz said the coldest temperature ever recorded at Mt. Washington, NH was negative 47 degrees back in 1934. The icy gusts on Mount Washington in New Hampshire on Friday produced a wind chill of -108F (-78C) with temperatures hovering around minus 46. Later reports, for some unknown reason downgraded these temperature reports but still headlined, Day After Tomorrow wind chill felt in North America, record smashed. Day After Tomorrow was that popular film of super cold storms that brought the ice age back to earth in a matter of days.

Siberia At Minus -62.4C (-80F Degrees!) The northern city of Mohe has logged China’s first -50C since 1969, and then it got even colder, recording -53C (-64F). In Afghanistan, hundreds of people are reported to have frozen to death in temperatures not seen for half a century. Japan is already suffering record volumes of snow and its coldest temperature in at least a decade, with authorities issuing alerts across the country as potentially historic blizzards –rivaling those all-time record-dumping’s seen earlier in the season and last year– are about to hit.

Heathrow Airport, London, just suffered its lowest January temperature since 1987. Lake Tahoe Airport’s recent low was more than 20F below the average for the time of year. In Japan, Okayama Prefecture was hit with a record 93 cm (3+ feet) of snow in just 24 hours. In a world that is supposed to be without snow, that sounds like a lot of snow. Kousa logged a low of -9C (15.8F), the locale’s lowest temperature ever recorded in books dating back to 1979.

December delivered record cold across Iceland, but mainly to the capital Reykjavík which suffered its coldest month in more than a century. The national average for Dec 2022 was -4C (24.8F) — Iceland’s coldest December since 1973.

Around the North Pole, “the stratosphere has suddenly become very, very cold,” writes Dr. Tony Phillips. Around the North Pole NASA satellites are registering temperatures less than -85 C, the threshold for the formation of rare polar stratospheric clouds (PSC). In the past few days, colorful PSCs have spilled outside the Arctic Circle, as far south as Scotland.

STATIONS ACROSS ANTARCTICA LOG
THE COLDEST JANUARY TEMPERATURES EVER

Climate scientists baffled as to why Antarctica has not warmed in 70 years despite rising CO2 levels. In 2021, the South Pole had its coldest six-month winter since records began in 1957, a fact largely ignored in the mainstream.

Does this sound and look like the world is about to melt? But to some people, climate and weather reality always sounds warm no matter how cold it gets. Modern civilization is not prepared for the cold, and neither is modern medicine. Neither are governments or anyone else because the press and politicians have hot air in their brains, conditioning the world to believe in increasingly warmer conditions when it’s the cold we should be worried and preparing for.

Oh, and did you hear windmills worldwide are falling apart? And the companies that make them to are in deep financial trouble. Meanwhile, Mexico has banned all attempts to block the sun, meaning someone has realized that it is insane to block the sun in a cooling world. Bill Gates thinks the opposite and dreams of us all freezing to death with many of us wishing the earth would eject him into deep space.

Health and the Cold do not go Well Together.

This matters in medicine and health since studies show that heart attacks and strokes are up to twice as likely during cold spells that last four days or more. This is because the blood vessels narrow in the skin, fingers, and toes in response to the cold as the body attempts to preserve heat.

This process, called vasoconstriction, raises blood pressure and heart rate, as the heart has to work harder to pump blood around the body. At the same time, the blood becomes thicker and stickier in response when temperatures drop. This is because the body produces more platelets — blood cells that form clots to stop bleeding — in response to the cold, which increases the risk of clotting.

While this is the body’s normal response to chilly weather, and a bid to protect vital organs and keep the internal temperature at 37C, it can raise the risk of strokes and heart attacks — especially among those with heart conditions.

The British Heart Foundation advises keeping warm by wearing plenty of layers when outside and minimizing time spent outdoors when it is freezing. But that is not enough because people’s houses are also colder because of the incredibly high cost of heating homes today.

People with low body temperature react poorly to medicines and therapies. As the body’s core temperature decreases, all cellular energy decrease. The cooperative and collective intelligence of the human organism is short-circuited as the body temperature cools. As a result, all cellular functions decrease. There is a decrease in the production of all hormones, neurotransmitters, and other body chemicals necessary for normal healthy regulation.

Exposure to cold temperatures, whether indoors or outside, can cause serious life-threatening health problems. Infants and the elderly are particularly at risk, but anyone can be affected. To keep yourself and your family safe, you should know how to prevent cold-related health problems and what to do if a cold-weather health emergency arises.

But most sensible people will not wait for the government to do anything because they lie through their teeth about climate change. So, I have ordered a battery-operated infrared vest and scarf to stay warm this winter. But it is not just a matter of being warm; it is also a matter of being and staying healthy. I have been told that the scarf is so good for neck pain and improves blood supply to the head for better cognitive function.

Instead of spending trillions on green energy sources that will fail humanity and doom millions to cold senseless deaths, governments could organize Manhattan-style projects to produce battery-operated infrared clothing that is incredibly efficient and potentially  life-saving. Infrared mattresses are a dream come true in the cold.

The body’s reactions to low temperatures put stress on the cardiovascular system. These reactions include constriction of blood vessels in the skin, shallow breathing through the mouth, and slight thickening of the blood, all of which can lead indirectly to angina (chest pain) in people with heart disease.

Hypothermia means the body temperature has fallen below 95 degrees Fahrenheit. It occurs when your body can’t produce enough energy to keep the internal body temperature warm enough. It can kill you. Heart failure causes most deaths in hypothermia. Symptoms include lack of coordination, mental confusion, slowed reactions, shivering and sleepiness.

Immune system

Cold weather suppresses the immune system, increasing the risk of infection and making it harder for the body to fight off illness. Studies suggest the immune system is hampered during winter because the cold air kills off billions of virus and bacteria-fighting cells in the nose — the main entry point for bugs.

Some scientists say keeping the nose warm, even by wrapping a scarf around the face, could counteract this drop-off in immunity. However, other research points to cold and dry air for reducing immunity, as it can reduce the mucus in the nose and throat, which can usually trap and expel viruses.

Texans Beware

Sooner or later, it is going to happen again. The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has warned that the Texas electrical grid is still at risk during severe weather despite safeguards done after the deadly February 2021 deep freeze, which brought widespread power outages in the Lone Star State.

Conclusion

Cycles determine the climate not humans. The climate cycle graph above covering 11,000 years shows that there have been numerous periods with warmer temperatures than currently. At the peak of the Roman Empire 2000 years ago, Rome had a tropical climate. If the world stops using fossil fuels, the world economy would totally collapse, and billions would starve and freeze to death.

Net Zero Will Lead to the End of Modern Civilization

In a recently published science paper, Dr. Wallace Manheimer said it would be the end of modern civilization. Writing about wind and solar power he argued it would be especially tragic “when not only will this new infrastructure fail, but will cost trillions, trash large portions of the environment, and be entirely unnecessary”. The stakes, he added, “are enormous”.

In today’s world, we need to be vigilant and prepared for the sudden environmental changes that Mother Nature may bring. We all want to protect our families from harm, and preparedness for disaster emergencies should be one of our top priorities. Unfortunately, as we can all see, disasters are becoming more common as climate change gets more violent. And when combined with energy shortages, high prices, electrical grids crashing from too high demand, and other factors like unbelievably cold weather, we might face freezing to death.

Proper preparations will give you a sense of calm when faced with energy and weather disasters. This sense of peace will work in your favor because you will be less likely to act in a reactionary, fear-driven panic when the lights, heat, and sometimes water goes out.

However, in this essay, we are not focusing just on survival but on surviving life on this planet with health. Infrared technologies are exceptionally healthy.
