HeartHealth Exercise # 5 Are we Living in Truth?

Step 1 

Take a good look at your thoughts. Are you arguing with yourself? Are you trying to convince yourself of the rightness of something? After moving into the heart or your feeling center and coming back into the mind can you be at peace with yourself? When we are in truth we can move into silence and peace. When we cannot there is something that is blocking our path. Untruth is an unsettling thing and we have to constantly battle against it with thought.
