Dr. Andrew Wakefield with his wife, Carmel, at the General Medical Council in January in the U.K.
In May of 2010, the council said Andrew Wakefield could no longer practice medicine. Wakefield’s public statements caused widespread alarm that a common childhood vaccine could cause autism has been put down even though evidence and common sense are on his side. This doctor is a medical hero who is being slandered because his voice comes from within the ranks of medicine and this cannot be tolerated. Poison the children, stick them with needles, drug ’em, cut them out of their mothers’ bellies in increasing numbers, and give them, in every case possible, pharmaceuticals instead of safer and more effective natural remedies.
With every passing massive judgment levied against pharmaceutical firms and with every family who wins their case at the federal vaccine court, we sustain the view that vaccines and the companies that make them are dangerous.
So threatened the establishment has been by Wakefield’s work that they have to repeatedly attack him and his study in an attempt to beat his work into the ground in an endless, ruthless campaign. The latest headlines: “Study linking vaccine to autism was fraud.” His suggestion that the MMR shot was connected to autism spooked parents worldwide and immunization rates for measles, mumps and rubella have never fully recovered making him a hero in many people’s eyes and totally despised by the popes and priests of vaccination.
Thanks to the good doctor and many other fine physicians of courage, parents are turning their backs on institutionalized pediatric medicine; in 2008, 39 percent of parents refused or delayed vaccinations for their children. This compares to just 22 percent in 2003. In a telephone survey of the parents of 9,000 toddlers, many of the parents were worried about whether the vaccines were safe or effective. Most of them probably have learned the hard way not to believe and trust the government’s medical officials or their local pediatricians.
WebMD reports:
- 27 percent said too many shots were recommended.
- 26 percent questioned whether vaccines really worked.
- 25 percent cited worry that vaccines might cause autism.
- 24 percent worried about side effects.
The latest attacks on Wakefield represent a continuing denial and failure to investigate either the evidence that exists or the clinical histories of millions of children currently diagnosed with autism worldwide. Wakefield’s study was the first to link a childhood vaccine (MMR) to autism and they accuse him now of doctoring information about the children involved. The conclusions of the 1998 paper by Andrew Wakefield and colleagues have been renounced over and over yet he and his work still stand as a direct threat to the vaccine establishment. All one has to do to feel this man’s fiber is look at his face and read his book: Callous Disregard: Autism and Vaccines: The Truth Behind a Tragedy, which puts in plain sight what the establishment would prefer to remain hidden.
Gaze on the face of Dr. Paul Offit below, co-inventor of the Merck RotaTeq vaccine. He has a new book out called Deadly Choices: How the Anti-Vaccine Movement Threatens Us All. Here is a man who makes considerable money promoting vaccines and is part of a club of people who threaten children and parents everywhere. If you define national security in terms of what’s best for the people who live within a nation, then these kinds of men are the real national security risks, the true terrorists whose lust is to reach each and every child born and inject poisons directly into their bloodstreams.
Claudia French, RN writes, “With the release of his new book, Offit is repeatedly seen discounting, without any sense of heart, the brain-altering assaults upon young children who suffer vaccine damages. His whole demeanor is saying, “So what if a few die from vaccines?” Offitt spouts off how vaccine-injured kids are just the price that must be paid for the masses to be protected and that this price is justified. He is verbosely disgusting in his book promotions. Without regret he continually implies that the few who are so affected or who die are expendable. May he rot in hell!”
Dr. Andrew Wakefield issued the following statement on the recent British Medical Journal articles:
“The British Medical Journal and reporter Brian Deer recently alleged that my 1998 research paper was ‘a hoax’ and ‘an elaborate fraud’ and that my motivation was profit.
“I want to make one thing crystal clear for the record—my research and the serious medical problems found in those children were not a hoax and there was no fraud whatsoever. Nor did I seek to profit from our findings.
“I stand by the Lancet paper’s methodology and the results which call for more research into whether environmental triggers cause gastrointestinal disease and developmental regression in children. In fact, despite media reports to the contrary, the results of my research have been duplicated in five other countries (to see citations to studies, visit http://tinyurl.com/4hrdt5y).
“It is not unexpected to see poor reporting and misinformation coming from Brian Deer, the lead reporter of the recent BMJ coverage. But to see coverage in other media that cites Deer’s shoddy journalism in the BMJ as a final justification to claim there is no link between vaccines and autism is ludicrous. The MMR is only one vaccine of the eleven vaccinations on the pediatric schedule that has been studied for causing developmental problems such as autism. That is fact, not opinion. Any medical professional, government official or journalist who states that the case is closed on whether vaccines cause autism is jumping to conclusions without the research to back it up.
“I continue to fully support more independent research to determine if environmental triggers, including vaccines, are causing autism and other developmental problems. The current rate of autism is one in 110 children in the United States and one in 64 children in the U.K. My goal has always been and will remain the health and safety of children. Since the Lancet paper, I have lost my job, my career, and my country. To claim that my motivation was profit is patently untrue. I will not be deterred—this issue is far too important.”
“Vaccine injury is real and each child so hurt is a tragedy. Despite mounting scientific evidence worldwide confirming the presence of serious bowel disease in some children diagnosed with autism and evidence of a causal association with vaccines, health officials and medical professionals internationally continue to spin, deny and suppress the evidence,” said National Autism Association’s president Wendy Fournier.
I can state that the certainty of the science supporting mercury as a major cause of autism is probably more overpowering than the science behind any other disease process that I studied, dating back to medical school. – Dr. David Ayoub
Dr. Andrew Wakefield says about the thimerosal, “It should never have been there in the first place. Despite how they try to sell it, there is evidence that there is an association between mercury in vaccines and childhood disorders. Mercury was taken out of animal vaccinations 20 years ago because it was too toxic. Why on earth have we still been putting it in jabs for our children?”
“Increasing rates of autism in children are out of control,” commented Ms. Fournier. “Despite this pandemic, health officials and medical professionals continue to bury their heads in the sand while children and families suffer.”
Now if you still have doubts that the media and health officials are honest or know what they are talking about, take a trip to Homefirst Health Services in metropolitan Chicago where thousands of children are being cared for. The doctors there have two things in common with thousands of Amish children in rural Lancaster: They have never been vaccinated. And they don’t have autism.
“We have a fairly large practice. We have about 30,000 or 35,000 children that we’ve taken care of over the years, and I don’t think we have a single case of autism in children delivered by us who never received vaccines,” said Dr. Mayer Eisenstein, Homefirst’s medical director who founded the practice in 1973. Homefirst doctors have delivered more than 15,000 babies at home and most of them have never been vaccinated.
“We do have enough of a sample,” Eisenstein said. “The numbers are too large to not see it. We would absolutely know. We’re all family doctors. If I have a child with autism come in, there’s no communication. It’s frightening. You can’t touch them. It’s not something that anyone would miss.” The few autistic children Homefirst sees were vaccinated before their families became patients.
At the beginning of this chapter we mention massive judgments against pharmaceutical companies. The latest in a series of many was aired recently on the CBS 60 minutes showing how at one company that, “All the systems were broken, the facility was broken, the equipment was broken, the processes were broken.”
Fraud, kickbacks, price-setting, bribery and illegal sales activities are a regular everyday aspect of an industry that has a hard time shipping the correct pills at the correct strengths in a pill box. Those who understand the pharmaceutical companies and their extraordinarily nasty history know that like on Wall Street, we are dealing with a very large, wealthy and powerful group of executives (criminal in nature) who fixate their consciousness on their bottom lines not the safety and effectiveness of their drugs and vaccines.
Writers and their papers and magazines who stick up for these organizations perhaps know not what they are doing so perhaps they need to be forgiven. But we are dealing with children’s lives for God’s sake. This is not some abstract academic process or debate that needs to be won or lost. The vaccine wars will continue until humanity wakes up to find out who the real terrorists are in this world. They will continue until we get rid of these monstrous companies that have no business on our planet. Many of us deeply resent the attacks on Dr. Andrew Wakefield, which are, after all is said and done, just more attacks on our children. To our children, the most precious things we are allowed to take care of in this life, he stands up, without doubt, as a knight in shining armour doing battle against forces that attack our children without remorse.
Testimony:
I have just received your article “Fight The Devils” about Vaccines. I live in New Zealand and a farmer here went down with “Swine” Flu. The Waikato Hospital, one of the biggest in New Zealand hooked him up to a life support system for a short time then on the Tuesday they said they would turn it off on Friday, as there was nothing more they could do for him. Luckily the family heard about Intravenous Vit C so they demanded the doctors give it to him. After a lot of trouble and having to bring a lawyer into the argument, they finally gave it to him on the Thursday. He was showing a vast improvement on the Friday when the family told them to give him more, which they did and on the Saturday, he was even better and by Monday he was walking around and by the end of the next week he was back on his farm working again. The company in America making the Vitamin C has been stopped by the FDA using all kinds of incorrect information about the effects of Vit C. My clinic has to now purchase their C from a company in Australia. It is exceedingly hard to beat something that doesn’t quite tell the story as it should be isn’t it?

I am a 78 year old orthomolecular/cellular naturopath of Caucasian Dutch nationality. I have now for a couple of months read your IMVA newsletters and must say they are impressive. Your last crusade against those hysterical pediatricians with their murderous vaccine programs can be complemented. The Windows monster Bill Gates and his wife Melinda are beginning to promote registering all babies world-wide through cell-phone technology so that they can identify every baby to be vaccinated. I have no words for their mass-murder practices but hope sincerely that the asteroids you hurl work well. Keep up the good work and be aware that there a lots of people around the globe who believe you.
Kind regard
