Climate Regulations Based on a ‘Hoax’

Two prominent climate scientists have taken on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) new rules to cut CO2 emissions in electricity generation, arguing in testimony that the regulations “will be disastrous for the country, for no scientifically justifiable reason.”

Citing extensive data to support their case, William Happer, professor emeritus in physics at Princeton University, and Richard Lindzen, professor emeritus of atmospheric science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), argued that the claims used by the EPA to justify the new regulations are not based on scientific facts but rather political opinions and speculative models that have consistently proven to be wrong.

“The unscientific method of analysis, relying on consensus, peer review, government opinion, models that do not work, cherry-picking data and omitting voluminous contradictory data, is commonly employed in these studies and by the EPA in the Proposed Rule,” Mr. Happer and Mr. Lindzen stated. “None of the studies provides scientific knowledge, and thus none provides any scientific support for the Proposed Rule.“

“All of the models that predict catastrophic global warming fail the key test of the scientific method: they grossly overpredict the warming versus actual data,” they stated. “The scientific method proves there is no risk that fossil fuels and carbon dioxide will cause catastrophic warming and extreme weather.”

Climate models like the ones the EPA uses have been consistently wrong for decades in predicting actual outcomes, Mr. Happer told The Epoch Times. Will any politician in Washington listen? Just one? We live in a world spiraling into darkness. The news is enough to drive anyone bonkers, for it is designed as propaganda to do just that. And Google just went full jacket terrorist with its new ban on disagreeing with anything the World Health Organization says or dictates. Censorship is a form of terrorism. The first amendment in the United States seems to have worn out its welcome.

Psychologists missed the boat on this one, meaning they have failed to identify the mental illness of the president of the United States and almost every politician in the world. It is only getting hotter inside the brains of politicians and the super-rich people who own the mass media. It is cooling on the ground, even just a few meters up, and then way up in the atmosphere, but still not enough to freeze the warped minds selling climate change, which is just a covering concept for man-made global warming.

The alternative to labeling this large group of people mentally ill is to identify them as climate terrorists who are attacking the human race with their dangerous lies. The elite and all the politicians in the Western world are slaughtering and intend to slaughter many more of those foolish enough to buy into the mainstream paradigm. Independent thinkers know enough to protect themselves after years of unrelenting censorship and propaganda. Whole populations rolled up their sleeves and continue to do so with every vaccine offered.

We have seen this with genetic vaccines. We saw them massacring Covid patients in hospitals with stomach-sickening treatments. We see it in the West with idiotic policies of zero-carbon, which would freeze and starve a billion or so people. The East will have none of that as they continue building massive numbers of coal-fired electrical plants when America’s clueless administration wants to shut down as many as possible. The West is being played for fools by the East.

Gov. Kathy Hochul urged New Yorkers to use every bit of our power to fight the ravages of climate change. There is no doubt that the climate is changing and getting violent, but what is climate change, and what is causing it? We better know what it is if we are going to fight it. If it’s the sun behind the violence and the changes, what can we possibly do about it? If we are wrong in our assumption that CO2 is behind it, all the world’s politicians will have us fighting a stupid war against the wrong enemy.

However, they cannot control the minds of perhaps fifty percent of the population, but they can pretend, and they do so via a highly controlled propaganda machine that is so full of shit it is sickening.

We are told climate change is a crisis and that there is an “overwhelming scientific consensus. It’s a manufactured consensus,” says climate scientist Judith Curry. She says scientists are incentivized to exaggerate risk to pursue “fame and fortune.” She knows about that because she once spread alarm about climate change.

Who knows what they are doing with all the geoengineering? If climate change is that, we can agree that it is manmade. It is hard to argue against the violence of the weather, and thus climate change, and it does seem like many factors are colliding.

Monday’s storms were the latest in a series of extreme rainfall events that have recently hit the eastern United States. Last month, Connecticut, Vermont and New York’s Hudson Valley endured dramatic flash floods caused by “1,000-year rains.” A week later, flash floods killed five people in Pennsylvania.

For years the mainstream, with plenty of politicians aboard, has been screaming it’s the end of the world coming soon, and it’s all our and CO2’s fault. We will be boiled alive like frogs in a pot, but many are saying it’s actually cooling quite dramatically. Even the mainstream admits that about the upper atmosphere, but it’s summer, and they can get away with anything even though it is snowing fiercely in the mountains in Europe with cooler-than-expected sea-level weather.

The madness of geoengineering has to be a factor, but serious scientists have long plotted out changes in the sun’s radiation measured for 400 years via records of sunspots. There were no planes to spray the sky during all the past mini and maximum ice ages. And guess what? CO2 was not a factor in climate change over the past 10,000 years, and there have been plenty of changes in climate over all those years. Just ask the Romans and George Washington, who suffered at Valley Forge during a cold period, and the Romans enjoyed their warming period very much.

Are There Any Rational Western Leaders?

I would say no to this question except for one from the Kennedy dynasty. For sure, he is the only one who is rational about vaccines. “Any rational person, upon hearing a Western leader, diplomat or “expert” speak, asks himself this question: “Are they just lying or are they really this incompetent and delusional?” The answer is “both,” but the incompetence factor is far greater than most people can imagine. The rest of the world either shakes their heads or laughs at the West and its politicians and diplomats – not to mention its crazed populations,” writes Gaius Baltar.

Because free speech is a threat to any ideology, people automatically censor themselves. Thus, the mainstream has embraced censorship and abolished free speech worldwide, especially in America. So it is no wonder that open, honest, vulnerable spontaneous heart communications are in full retreat everywhere. Undoubtedly, Western civilization has abandoned rationality and replaced it with subjectivism, yet China is the less free country in the world. Is anyone moving to Mars?

Baltar continues, “The dysfunction of the West is far deeper than just the situation around the Ukraine project. It’s absolutely everywhere. The West can’t do diplomacy in general; it can’t run its cities or countries except into the ground, its high-tech projects fail almost as a rule, its infrastructure is crumbling, its economies are crumbling, and all public policies seem to have a civilizational suicide as a final goal. The West’s control mechanisms over the rest of the world are also crumbling, including the dollar, sanctions, color revolutions, military interventions, and threats. Nothing seems to work, and everything the West does worsens things.”

The share of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents who believe President Joe Biden’s 2020 election win was not legitimate has ticked back up, according to a new CNN poll fielded throughout July. All told, 69% of Republicans and Republican-leaners say Biden’s win was not legitimate, up from 63% earlier this year and through last fall but in the mainstream, they do not care what people think. They only care what they think, print, and believe.

Just as the cold sets in Europe, give it a month for America, reports are coming in that the Biden administration is preparing to declare a “climate emergency” with Covid pandemic-like restrictions on public freedoms, several energy industry insiders are warning. Energy industry groups fear the Biden White House is planning to declare a pandemic-like emergency that will grant the president sweeping new powers. “They’re leaning to that direction,” U.S. Oil and Gas Association President Tim Stewart told Just the News. We got to hope this is just fake news but climate insanity rules in Washington.

Biden, the most outstanding climate scientist, does not know that the sun rules the climate on Earth. So says some of the top scientists on our planet, but Biden understands better and agrees we need to shut everything down not to put a drop of CO2 into the environment. He wants to cool our cooling planet. This reminds me of the days when the Church wholeheartedly believed the Earth was the center of the solar system, even the center of the universe.

The Sun Defines the Climate, Not CO2

On the other side of everything from the Americans, the Russians have insisted for decades that the next climatic epoch will be one of stark cooling. As explained by eminent space scientist Dr. Habibullo Abdussamatov (Head of the Space research laboratory of the Pulkovo Observatory, Saint Petersburg), says, “The Sun defines the climate, not carbon dioxide. The so-called ‘greenhouse effect’ will not avert the onset of the next deep temperature drop, the 19th in the last 7500 years, which without fail follows after natural warming.”

“We should fear a deep temperature drop — not catastrophic global warming,” asserts Dr. Abdussamatov. “Humanity must survive the serious economic, social, demographic, and political consequences of a global temperature drop, which will directly affect the national interests of almost all countries and more than 80% of the population of the Earth.”

Nir Shaviv is an Israeli astrophysicist and chairman of Jerusalem’s Hebrew University’s physics department. He says that his research, and that of colleagues, suggests that rising CO2 levels play only a minor role in Earth’s climate compared to the influence of the sun and cosmic radiation.

“Global warming clearly is a problem, though not in the catastrophic terms of Al Gore’s movies or environmental alarmists,” said Shaviv. “Climate change has existed forever and is unlikely to go away. But CO2 emissions don’t play a major role. Periodic solar activity does.”

97% of climate scientists agree that human activity is the primary driver of climate change. Right? “Only people who don’t understand science take the 97% statistic seriously,” answers Shaviv.

But don’t expect idiotic politicians to notice what real scientists say. And their plans for low carbon emissions are not working as well as expected. For instance, after months of warnings about rising prices and logistical hiccups, developers and would-be buyers of wind power are scrapping contracts, putting off projects, and postponing investment decisions. The setbacks are piling up for both onshore and offshore projects, but the latter’s problems are more acute. Recently, at least ten offshore projects totaling around $33 billion in planned spending have been delayed or hit the doldrums across the U.S. and Europe.
