It is that time of the year to sell flu shots, but do not be taken in by the mainstream press, which would have you also get another COVID shot. The vaccine terrorists never stop selling their needles. Their fear campaign this year begins with the warning that in the U.K., health officials are alerting people to an early rise in flu levels among children and young adults. In Japan, health officials recently declared a flu epidemic and closed schools after experiencing an unusually high number of flu cases early in the season.
The most untrustworthy organization in the world, the CDC, wants to remind you that last year’s flu was harsh. There were about 1.1 million hospitalizations associated with the flu, the highest rate in 14 years, according to the CDC. And there were the highest number of doctor visits for flu-like illnesses in more than a decade.
An estimated 38,000 to 99,000 deaths were associated with the 2024-2025 flu season, according to a preliminary assessment by the CDC, which you cannot trust as far as you can spit into a hurricane wind. For kids, it was one of the deadliest years on record: 280 children died from the flu.
So run out and roll up your sleeve. But do that only if you are feeling slightly suicidal.
“It’s a little early to know which strains will predominate this year for flu season, but certainly there is risk that similar very virulent strains could circulate again this year,” said Dr. George Diaz, a fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America, and chief of medicine at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington. “We’re still very early in the flu season in North America, and it’s a little hard to know with certainty,” he added.
That means it’s a guessing game that this year’s flu shots will target the right strain, but that is not the only reason to stay away from your doctor.
When is the best time to get the flu shot?
The answer is easy: never, and more people would agree with that than ever before. Last flu season, less than half of kids were vaccinated against the flu, a decline of over 20 percentage points from the 2019-2020 season. This year, that trend is expected to continue, says one vaccine expert.
Until recently, saying no to vaccines in the face of the gale wind of propaganda and governmentally supported vaccine campaigns was considered high treason punishable to the point of having your kids taken away if you happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
True medicine cries out against vaccines and all the harm they are doing to children and people around the globe. Still, we have medical authorities claiming they offer deliverance when they offer little of anything but further toxic attacks on the body and immune system.
In 1981, R. Edgar Hope Simpson proposed that the principal cause of seasonal influenza is linked to the deficiency of solar radiation, which triggers the production of vitamin D in the skin. Vitamin D deficiency is common in the winter, and vitamin D is crucial in allowing your immune system to defend itself against invading organisms. In addition to vitamin D, studies have suggested that people who exercise moderately suffer fewer and less severe colds and flu infections.
Wisdom listens to the body’s plea, not the virologists’ decree.
Dr. David Brownstein recommends: “Ensure you are taking adequate amounts of vitamin D. I frequently have my patients take short-term, larger doses of vitamin D (10,000-50,000Units/day) for 2-5 days at the first sign of the flu. The current dietary guideline for humans is to consume 50-200 IU of vitamin D a day. However, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition’s Dr Michael Hollick recommends levels as high as 50,000 IU.”
Researchers were “astonished.” They checked the data again and again.
They expected to prove the flu shot worked. Instead, they proved it didn’t.
And it wasn’t just the U.S. The same disastrous results were found in other countries.
So what was the CDC’s response? “Seniors should still get their flu shots.”
Throw the Field of Virology into the Garbage
Before reading more on Vitamin D and the flu, if you really want to see what I think about viruses, virology, and virologists, read here. My writings on exosomes as “genetic wastes” from the cell’s inner sanctum—cellular detritus, not marauding viral invaders—tap straight into the terrain theory I have championed. The body’s not besieged by external phantoms but reshaped from within, exhaling its burdens as the body imbalances into heavy detox. I enjoy flipping virology’s germ obsession on its head, echoing Antoine Béchamp’s microzymas, where “viruses” dissolve into exosomes, the body’s quiet janitors sweeping out acidosis and toxicity.
What Are Exosomes?
Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles (30–150 nm diameter), budded off from multivesicular bodies (MVBs) inside cells and released into the bloodstream or interstitial fluid. Think of them as the cell’s exports into the bloodstream, stacked with genetic cargo—mRNA, miRNA, DNA fragments, proteins, lipids—they ferry signals between cells, modulating immunity, repair, and even waste clearance. In healthy terrain, they’re janitors.
Exosomes haul out damaged proteins, oxidized lipids, or “genetic wastes” (e.g., faulty RNA snippets from stressed mitochondria) to prevent intracellular clutter. Hypoxia, inflammation, Vitamin D and magnesium deficiencies, or toxin loads (heavy metals, EMFs) prompt a cellular “SOS.”
Exosomes mimic viral packaging—lipid bilayers studded with receptors, RNA payloads that flood the blood downstream. A 2023 BioSignaling review calls them a “two-edged sword”: Benevolent in healing (e.g., stem cell exosomes regenerating tissue) but treacherous in disease, ferrying pro-inflammatory signals that amplify chaos
Back to Vitamin D – It’s Not a Mistake Flu Season is in the Winter
Researchers from Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York, found that giving supplements of vitamin D to a group of volunteers reduced episodes of infection with colds and flu by 70 per cent over three years. The researchers said that the vitamin stimulated “innate immunity” to viruses and bacteria. The decline in vitamin D levels between November and March is the real “seasonal stimulus” that accounts for the peak in colds and flu in the winter. “Since there is an epidemic of vitamin D insufficiency in the US, the public health implications of this observation could be great,” the researchers wrote.
The increasing use of sunscreens and the decreasing amount of time spent outdoors, especially in children, has contributed to what many scientists believe is an increasing problem of vitamin D deficiency. In the winter, the sun in Britain is barely strong enough to make the vitamin, and by spring, say scientists, 60 per cent of the population is deficient (defined as a blood level below 30ng per milliliter).
Dr. David Brownstein writes, “For over 20 years, I have been writing and lecturing about how the flu vaccine fails nearly all who get it.” Now he says, “Why would anyone get a flu vaccine when it fails 99% who receive it? Why would any physician prescribe a therapy that is associated with serious adverse effects? There is not a single well-done study showing that vaccinating health care workers with the flu vaccine protects against the spread of flu.”
On February 1, 2018, the Cochrane group released its latest findings on the flu vaccine. The authors found that flu vaccines reduced influenza in healthy adults from 2.3% without vaccination to 0.9% with. That means that the difference between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated is 1.4% or 0.014. Therefore, 71 people would need to be treated with the flu vaccine to prevent one case (1/1.4%). In other words, the flu vaccine did nothing for 70 out of 71 who received it. That means the flu vaccine failed 99% (71/72).
Conclusion
Vaccines are the greatest failure of our times, defended at all costs by the most arrogant men and women who have ever walked the earth. They are right and everyone else is wrong. That’s medical religion, not medical science. Take sodium bicarbonate for colds and flu. Diminish suffering from the flu with Medical Marijuana. Hydrogen to the rescue with severe cases of the flu. Just don’t take the shot.
