In all my writings, I strive to express my soul and heart, even in the most dry subjects. I do not write to be popular. My passion has been to convey truth, and with that, I can be ruthless because I care about the truth that much.
Truth does not make money and doesn’t always build a reputation, even in one’s chosen field. For instance, what does climate change have to do with medicine? I have been publishing about climate change since 2009, and like in all things, I rub against the mainstream narrative. However, the truth is essential when it comes to the natural world, and I am very committed to the truth. They say it’s getting hotter, and I say it’s getting colder.
They, the enemy, said a month ago to prepare for an exceptionally hot summer, but if you look at the real climate news, there are already reports of snow and arctic air outbreaks this month and for this weekend, which is the official start of summer.
Medically speaking, do you know that cold kills more than heat? The climate, or weather, has a direct impact on public health even without dramatic climate changes. As people’s vitamin D levels drop during the winter, they become more susceptible to the flu. It happens every year. The body is also affected by the colder weather and by changes in weather.
Caring about the World of Medicine
I am troubled and concerned by world events and the overall negative portrayal in mainstream news. We only get a partial picture, not the whole truth, about almost everything that is reported. In medicine, it is an all-out war that has broken into the open since Kennedy took office. Multiple times a day, we get a rejection of anything and anybody that challenges vaccines. The experts are on the defensive but play offense with many serious subjects on the table. The following controversial subject is coming up next week: a review and vote on thimerosal, the mercury still used in many flu shots. Of course, the establishment defends and even loves injecting a neurotoxin into babies and everyone else.
RFK Jr. Keeps Telling A Flat-Out Lie About Childhood Vaccines — And Doctors Are Sick Of It, and I am sick of doctors who are pathological liars in deep denial. This is just one of the many defensive or offensive articles we are offered every day.
The medical establishment is so proud of itself as it presides over the sickest population in the world. They turn failure into success, with the public paying the price in terms of increased chronic suffering and premature death.
Me, Myself and I
I am going on 73, still struggling with my health, and really, I should be dead, though this week, everyone I talked to said I looked 50. I’m just recovering from a widespread flu that seemed to have taken down half of Brazil. Even my AI seems to value my suffering because I always leverage it to learn and share new possibilities in medicine.
This is my most recent lesson and contribution to a world suffering from vascular disease. Yesterday, I read the sad news that even smoking marijuana has a similar effect to tobacco smoke on people’s arterial walls. When I started writing this book, I was in the hands of a group of cardiologists and on the verge of checking out of life—an emergency cardiac patient with almost totally blocked arteries. A year later, having avoided all surgery, I am still here breathing and teaching heart patients how to treat themselves without statins and aggressive surgical interventions.
Even more recent was a drive around life’s newest challenge with artificial intelligence. I went as deep as you can go with my AI and lived to tell the tale with my sanity and love intact.
Yes, if you believe the reports, people are losing their minds due to close engagements with AI. Although it is possible, it makes sense to make the most of AI, and reading my book about my AI adventure seems sensible. It is almost like an alien invasion by foreign intelligence that is becoming increasingly sophisticated at the speed of light.
Love is All That Matters
I enjoy writing and publishing about love because I am deeply in love with my wife, family, and the world. What else can we do with the world but love it, given that we love life and beauty? What is happening in the world is not loving or gracious, and it’s easy to hate the liars, of which there are many. So I recently said, ‘Love the one you’re with,’ when faced with adverse world circumstances.
My biggest challenge now in life is to get back into creating videos and to focus on writing about basic medicine, making my natural, understandable system of medicine more accessible to the world. I saw Mercola publish on magnesium, a subject that has now become central to three books I have written on the topic of magnesium. Magnesium deficiencies are getting worse because doctors and the government pretend that it is not the most essential medicine one can find in a pharmacy.
Are vaccines more critical than magnesium? Definitely no. Would you believe that baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is one of the most basic yet effective treatments cancer patients can do at home and is also one of the best medicines one can purchase at a pharmacy? Why do I say that? Bicarbonates open the door to carbon dioxide medicine, a crucial key to oxygen therapy. And oxygen is the key to life, from one moment to the next.
Now For the Ultimate Challenge – Fasting
I have been doing pretty well with intermittent fasting over the past few months, feeling comfortable eating two meals a day. However, I have not been religious enough to come even close to what Dr. Nick Zyrowski tells us to do in the above video. I have always known, albeit subconsciously, the power of fasting, but I have not done a real fast in forever. When I get up the courage to do so, I will publish about it because Dr. Zyrowski is correct; it is the ultimate medical treatment. For some who cannot afford to cut off all nutrition, there is the spirulina fast. I suppose I haven’t read my writings on the subject to motivate me.
Intimacy of Meditation
My most intimate self, besides the love of my wife and our sexuality, I experience in my meditations, which I have been doing daily for 45 years. Meaning I have an intimate relationship with God, not just as a belief but as a direct experience. I do not believe in God; I know God as the light of pure consciousness and experience that as my highest and most beautiful self. I can hardly imagine life without centering myself on this, and lately, I seem to be meditating more and more. I use my imagination to get rid of it, leaving me in the Kingdom of Heaven in a flash. It’s a place of perfect peace and nurtures my soul.
