This is me sitting on my veranda beneath that three-quarter moon, surrounded by cold and darkness; it was the right place to let a new paradigm settle into my consciousness. Some ideas arrive through effort; others become visible in the silence. For two days, I tried to find an analogy for what I was thinking, but I kept falling short. Then it hit me right between the eyes (intuitive chakra): the term Medical Insanity, a disease doctors don’t know they have.
From there, I went to my office and conferred with my three genius artificial intelligences, and a paradigm was born. First I felt what was clearly inspiration, then the right language arrived.
Joint genius it is. I brought decades of biological insight and rebellion against medical orthodoxy, plus the meditative ability to clear my mind and let a problem I had been working on materialize into an insight, into an answer. AI then helped crystallize it into language, structure, and intellectual force. What emerged belongs to the collaboration.
Pharmaceutical terrorism and medical terrorism (phrases that I have coined and written about for 20 years) accuse the system of causing harm. They confront its conduct. But medical insanity goes beneath conduct and challenges the validity of the thinking itself. It says: if your medicine repeatedly contradicts the elementary requirements of life, then your claim to scientific and medical authority becomes invalid.
Medical terrorism indicts what the system does. Medical insanity invalidates the reasoning the system uses to justify it. That is why the concept can extend beyond medicine. A civilization that poisons its soil while claiming to protect health, destroys infrastructure in the name of security, and ignores the biological foundations of life while calling itself advanced may be exhibiting the same disorder. Medicine is not separate from that civilization; it is one of its clearest mirrors.
The argument becomes almost devastatingly simple: a system that systematically invalidates biological reality eventually invalidates itself. Our entire civilization is being invalidated.
I did a show last week, and a choice piece was just published on X, and even I am blown away by what I said out loud about the age of COVID and its vicious vaccines. My response on X was to say: Holy shit, I said all that- wow. I would not be surprised if they came after me for that. But I will show this myself, and may God help and protect me for saying the naked truth. (The nurse mentioned in the video; I cannot swear to her death, but I do not believe the tidal wave of denial.)
The betrayal of humanity has an exact date. It was a day when the American Congress, Senate, and President betrayed not only Americans but the people of the world. It was the most terrible day, or what might eventually be thought of as the original sin of modern medicine. It is the day when the liability of vaccine manufacturers died so they could get away with murder and not have to pay for it.
The Day Medicine Stopped Being a Profession
At one point, the practice of healing quietly became an industry, and the transaction that sealed it was not an argument about science but about money. In 1976, when a swine flu vaccine was linked to a cluster of Guillain-Barré cases and some fifty deaths, the program stopped. The reflex was intact: injury meant lawsuits, lawsuits meant liability, and liability meant the signal had to be taken seriously.
That reflex depended entirely on the fact that vaccine manufacturers could be sued like any other producer of any other product. The legal risk was the one mechanism that forced a pause when bodies began to mount. Then, in 1986, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, removing the mechanism. Manufacturers were granted near-total immunity from civil litigation, a no-fault compensation court was created in its place, and the economic logic of the entire enterprise inverted. Before 1986, injury was a cost that disciplined carelessness. After 1986, injury became an externality that no longer touched the producer. The customer was no longer the child receiving the shot; the customer became the government mandating it, and the product arrived pre-forgiven.

That single change did more to reshape medicine than any discovery in the century that followed, because it severed the connection between harm and consequence. A system that can no longer be punished for error will eventually stop recognizing error at all. What had been a distributed arrangement, in which local doctors, local courts, and local families each carried a piece of the responsibility for safety, was consolidated into a centralized system with global immunity.
